Sean's Weight Training Program - Max-OT by AST-SS
Train 1-2 body parts per day
Train each body part every 5-7 days.
6 - 9 sets per body part
4-6 reps per set
2-3 minutes rest between sets
8-10 weeks per cycle
 
Sean trains to failure on EVERY set.
