The Mr. Olympia is one of the two biggest Body Building shows in the U.S.A. Attending the show and the Expo is
always a lot of fun.
As always the Expo is a great place to meet successfull people in the fitness business.
This year I got to meet one of my all time favorite Body Builders..... Shawn Ray. Shawn has been extremely competitive
for the Mr.O title 13 YEARS in a row. This year to quote him "I am taking a breather."
As was the case last year the "Fitness Twins" were the highlight of the Expo. These two women are THE warmest,
open, most vibrant people I have ever met. This year Jamie got the pleasure of meeting them as well. Jamie was
just as impressed as I was. We are both now big fans of Natalie and Adria. This year the twins invited Jamie
to be a feature on their website as "Pregnant Mom Transformation." Jamie is really excited about this and can not
wait to get to work. However she must weight another four months before she can really hit it. Xander needs
to cook a little longer.
